310 Group is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. If you have experience in site work, excavation, demolition, utility construction, or directional drilling and know how to build competitive, accurate bids — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals

Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents

Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

Source subcontractor and supplier pricing

Coordinate with project managers and field teams

Track project budgets and maintain estimating databases

Assist in contract negotiations and project planning

Qualifications:

Experience in construction estimating (Required) Knowledge of excavation, demolition, site work, or utility projects is a plus

Position Summary
We need someone who can stay on top of schedules, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly day to day.

• Scheduling jobs & coordinating crews

• Invoicing & basic office work
• Communicating with team + customers
Qualifications:
• Strong organization skills
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Foreman to lead our field crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, grading, and underground utility installation, with the ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Oversee grading operations and underground utility installations (water, sewer, storm).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Schedule materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Monitor job progress and maintain project timelines.
• Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman in site work or civil construction.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and underground utilities.
• Equipment: Ability to operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment.
• Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Plans: Ability to read construction drawings and grade stakes.
• License: Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site work, grading, and underground utilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation work.
• Support installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist equipment operators and follow crew leader directions.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in construction or site work preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of grading and underground utilities is an asset.
